Neighborhood Nexus is uniquely organized. We have a distributed staff model that uses the strengths of several regionally-focused, data-driven organizations. Officially, the core partnership began operation with a signed Memorandum of Understanding in June of 2011. Below is how we are organized and how the tasks are divvied up (roughly):
