Neighborhood Fact Book
|
Using Census 2000 data, Emory University's Office of University-Community Partnerships created a one-of-a-kind resource for those interested in learning about the 20-county Atlanta region. The Regional Fact Book compares the region's 78 "superdistricts" (superdistricts are sub-county geographies, created by the Atlanta Regional Commission, that attempt to mirror "market" areas) across several demographic and socioeconomic variables. Originally, the Atlanta Regional Fact Book is very large - some 34 MB - so we have broken it out by each county. And on each county's page, we have included links to other resources to get more up-to-date information from the Atlanta Regional Commission and the U.S. Census Bureau. |
